⏱ Returns Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

📦 Eligible Items

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received:

  • New items must remain unused and in original packaging.

  • Open-box items must be returned in the same verified condition.

  • Collectibles with sealed inner bags must remain sealed.

📩 How to Start a Return

Please email us at info@ThePhillipsCollective.org before sending anything back.
We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number.

💳 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after we receive the item.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked)

  • Consumables (e.g., food, bath & beauty products, supplements) that have been opened

  • Personalized or custom items

🚚 Return Shipping

The buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
