Part of the fun of blind boxes is the surprise! 🎁✨
Because of their collectible and mystery nature:

  • All sales are final.

  • Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not permitted.

  • Every blind box is factory-sealed and 100% authentic from the official retailer (CurePlaneta, Pop Mart, MINISO, etc.).

All Other Items

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected.

  • Orders are typically processed same business day and delivered within 2–5 business days after shipping.

  • Local Customers:

    • Personal pickup or delivery may be available for established local clients. Please contact us directly to make arrangements.

Partner-Sourced Products (Wellness Market Picks)

  • These items ship directly from our trusted wellness partners.

  • Always include free shipping.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery, as these items are fulfilled separately.

Mixed Orders

If your order includes both in-house and partner-sourced products, you will only be charged the calculated rate (or receive free shipping if your in-house order qualifies). Partner items will ship separately at no additional cost.
